Air Supply is a soft rock duo formed in 1975, consisting of English singer-songwriter and guitarist Graham Russell and Australian lead vocalist Russell Hitchcock. From 1980-1985 the band had a string of hits that charted well in the US, Canada, New Zealand and their homeland Australia. Air Supply reunited and released seven more albums between 1991 and 2010 that achieved very little chart success internationally between the albums and their ten singles. During this time, the duo also released their first live DVD It Was 30 Years Ago Today and a compilation of their hits re-recorded acoustically titled The Singer And The Song. The Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) inducted Air Supply into their Hall of Fame on 1 December 2013 at the annual ARIA Awards. They have released seventeen studio albums three of which went platinum, nine compilation albums, two live albums and 27 singles. The albums Lost in Love, The One That You Love, Now & Forever, and The Greatest Hits sold in excess of 20 million copies. "Lost in Love" was named Song of the Year in 1980, and, with the other singles, sold more than 10 million copies. Air Supply has recorded 13 Hot 100 Songs, The One That You Love peaked at number One on the Hot 100 chart on July 25th 1981.
